I LOVE VW bugs :] Is this good for my first car? I am 19 but I don't have any credit ...but it's only $500 downpayment. I just don't understand how all that works.

I'd say you should see the car in person. Look for things like... daddy used to be a used car salesman and he refuses to buy cars with cigarette burns in the seats. He was saying that means some careless kid owned it and treated it like garbage...
basically, if the previous owner took care of it, mileage doesn't count. It does seem overpriced... so, maybe you should shop around a bit, first.
Remember, whatever you choose, Keep to companies that pay properly for labor. Those Asian cars are a crime against the "world economy."
