Is it possible to buy a car for under 4 thousand dollars in australia that wont break down within a year?
2nd question what should my first car be? Volkswagen beetle or kombi van? mini?
I know its not good to get an old car but i havent got a whole lot of money to spend on a new car so some advice on what i should be lookin for would be great
I purchased a 95 camry for 3300 canadian and drove it for two years, including a trip across canada, and replaced a tail light bulb.
Don't let anyone tell you that you can't buy something reliable for this money.
But choose your car wisely. Start going with ancient german cars and you will be paying a lot of money in parts, at least on this side of the pond you do. A practical japanese 90's car is your best bet.
